Muk collecting questions

Can I use this as a Muk master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 34 card listings and 57 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 34 card listings and 39 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Muk collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Muk, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Muk Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.13 to $269.50 USD, across 30 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.11 to $149.99 USD, across 24 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Muk card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Muk cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.13 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.11 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Muk cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 18 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 20 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 15 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 19 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

Why does Fossil Muk have both 13/62 and 28/62?

Fossil used Mitsuhiro Arita’s Muk design for both holo 13/62 and non-holo 28/62. The Japanese Mystery of the Fossils original was holo. Legendary Collection later reprinted the holo design in its own release.

Are Aquapolis Muk 23/147 and H17/H32 the same artwork?

Both use Hajime Kusajima’s Muk illustration. H17/H32 is the holo-numbered print, while 23/147 is the regular-numbered print. Japanese The Town on No Map uses 005/092 and 004/092 for the corresponding versions.

What is the difference between Muk & Alolan Muk-GX 196/214 and 197/214?

The two Unbroken Bonds cards have different artwork. 196/214 is the Full Art by 5ban Graphics; 197/214 is the Special Full Art by Masakazu Fukuda. Regular 61/214 uses Mitsuhiro Arita’s illustration, while Rainbow Rare 220/214 uses the 5ban Graphics design in a different treatment.
