Sylveon collecting questions

Can I use this as a Sylveon master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 47 card listings and 53 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 43 card listings and 43 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Sylveon collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Sylveon, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Sylveon Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.30 to $708.55 USD, across 37 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.25 to $199.85 USD, across 29 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Sylveon card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Sylveon cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.30 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.25 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Sylveon cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 9 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 13 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 10 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 13 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

Which Sylveon VMAX is the Evolving Skies alternate art?

The alternate-art Sylveon VMAX is English Evolving Skies 212/203, illustrated by Taira Akitsu, and Japanese Eevee Heroes 093/069. It is distinct from the regular 075/203 and rainbow 211/203 prints.

Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery TG15/TG30 is another illustration, by sui, featuring Valerie; its Japanese counterpart is VMAX Climax 232/184. Match the artwork and number rather than treating every Sylveon VMAX price as interchangeable.

How are Sylveon-EX RC21 and RC32 different?

English Generations Radiant Collection RC21/RC32 has artwork by sui. The full-art RC32/RC32 is illustrated by Kanako Eo. Their Japanese PokéKyun numbers are 025/032 and 026/032 respectively.

Both illustrations also feature Eevee. They are distinct numbered artworks, so each can occupy its own guide position. A card’s Eevee cameo does not turn it into a separately named Eevee card in the species checklist.

Does Gardevoir & Sylveon-GX count, and which one is the alternate art?

Yes. This collection includes the TAG TEAM card because Sylveon is named on it. Unbroken Bonds has regular 130/214, full-art 204/214, alternate-art 205/214 and rainbow 225/214 versions. These different artworks remain distinct ranking candidates.

Atsuko Nishida illustrated the alternate art 205/214, corresponding to Japanese Night Unison 061/055. The rainbow is 225/214 in English and 067/055 in Japanese; it is not the alternate-art scene.

What was the first English Sylveon card, and why are there two Trainer Kit numbers?

Sylveon XY04 debuted in the English Sylveon Collection on 15 November 2013. Its year is card-specific; the starting year of a broader promo series is not used to date it.

The later XY Trainer Kit contains non-holo 15/30 and holo 30/30 versions of its Sylveon illustration. The checklist keeps both, while the price guides give those two finishes one position. Other Pokémon and Trainer cards from the Sylveon half deck are outside this species collection.

Where did YU NAGABA Sylveon 070/SV-P come from?

It was a Japanese purchase-gift promo from the YU NAGABA campaign beginning 24 May 2023. Participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores and Pokémon Center Online offered a random card from nine Eevee/evolution designs with qualifying card-related purchases.

The artwork is a separate promotional illustration, not a booster-pack variant. Check the 070/SV-P number and Japanese language when comparing its price with other Sylveon cards.
