Kadabra collecting questions

Can I use this as a Kadabra master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 13 card listings and 22 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 21 card listings and 21 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Kadabra collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Kadabra, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Kadabra Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.19 to $150.19 USD, across 11 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.12 to $66.48 USD, across 13 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Kadabra card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Kadabra cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.19 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.12 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Kadabra cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 8 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 9 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 9 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 9 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

When did Kadabra return to Pokémon cards after Skyridge?

Kadabra returned in 2023’s Pokémon Card 151 and English Scarlet & Violet—151, after its previous new card in Skyridge in 2003. The returning 064/165 illustration is by Mitsuhiro Arita.

That long printing gap helps explain the smaller selection compared with Abra and Alakazam. The guides show only the number of distinct cards that have usable prices, up to 12; editions and finishes do not fill extra ranking positions.

Is the foil Kadabra in the Alakazam ex 151 box a different numbered promo?

The box’s Cosmos Holofoil Kadabra keeps the 064/165 set number. It was supplied as a separate foil card in the Alakazam ex Collection from 6 October 2023; it was not pulled from one of the included packs.

English pack normal, reverse holo and box Cosmos finishes remain distinct checklist entries. Japanese 064/165 has its own regular, Poké Ball and Master Ball versions. English Cosmos holo is not a Japanese Master Ball card.

Why are there two unnumbered Japanese Vending Kadabra cards?

Expansion Sheet 3 has separate Kadabra artworks by Miki Tanaka and Shin-ichi Yoshida. They are different cards and can occupy separate guide positions, even though neither has a collector number.

The Yoshida illustration appeared as a glossy Vending card on sheets thirteen and fourteen. Its later Green Deck reprint in the Quick Starter Gift Set is non-glossy. The Pokédex number 064 does not become a collector number on these unnumbered cards.

Which Kadabra card is the Shiny print, and do Dark and Sabrina’s Kadabra count?

Shiny Kadabra is English Paldean Fates 149/091 and Japanese Shiny Treasure ex 254/190, with artwork by Souichirou Gunjima. It is distinct from the regular 151 artwork and the regular Japanese Shiny Treasure ex 074/190.

Dark Kadabra and Sabrina’s Kadabra are included as named Kadabra Pokémon cards. The Japanese Sabrina’s print first appeared in the Yamabuki City Gym deck; its deck origin should not be described as a booster-pack pull.
