Venomoth collecting questions

Can I use this as a Venomoth master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 17 card listings and 29 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 20 card listings and 22 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Venomoth collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Venomoth, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Venomoth Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.10 to $94.96 USD, across 15 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.09 to $63.80 USD, across 15 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Venomoth card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Venomoth cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.10 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.09 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Venomoth cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 9 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 13 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 7 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 10 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

How do Vending and Pokémon Web Venomoth differ?

Mitsuhiro Arita’s original is glossy and unnumbered in Expansion Sheet 2. The 2001 Pokémon Web reprint is non-glossy 019/048 with the e-Card layout. Shared artwork does not make the releases interchangeable.

Is Janine’s Venomoth available in English?

The reviewed Pokémon VS 063/141 card is Japanese-only and illustrated by Tomokazu Komiya. It is separate from Sabrina’s Venomoth 34/132 in English Gym Heroes.

Are Jungle Venomoth 13/64 and 29/64 different artworks?

They share Ken Sugimori’s illustration. 13/64 is the holo-numbered card and 29/64 is non-holo. Their First Edition and Unlimited versions remain separate checklist entries but share one ranking position.
