Octillery collecting questions

Can I use this as a Octillery master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 22 card listings and 39 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 25 card listings and 31 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Octillery collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Octillery, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Octillery Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.06 to $160.99 USD, across 18 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.07 to $40.00 USD, across 15 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Octillery card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Octillery cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.06 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.07 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Octillery cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 13 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 15 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 11 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 15 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

Why does Octillery SWSH089 have different artwork?

SWSH089 is the Battle Styles Build & Battle Box prerelease promo, illustrated by KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA. The art later appeared in Japan’s Inteleon VMAX High-Class Deck. It is a separate illustration from Battle Styles 037/163.

Who is fishing beside Octillery in Brilliant Stars?

The Trainer Gallery illustration by Shinya Komatsu shows a Fisher based on the Sword and Shield character design. The card first appeared in Japan’s VMAX Climax; the gold Battle Styles Octillery instead depicts its Shiny form.
