Ninetales collecting questions

Can I use this as a Ninetales master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 67 card listings and 103 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 71 card listings and 73 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Ninetales collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Ninetales, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Ninetales Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.13 to $800.00 USD, across 55 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.16 to $60.00 USD, across 47 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Ninetales card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Ninetales cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.13 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.16 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Ninetales cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 17 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 27 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 17 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 26 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

Where did Ninetales BW66 come from?

The alternate-art promo was included in Plasma Storm Three Pack Blisters in February 2013. Hideaki Hakozaki also drew the regular Dragons Exalted 19 card, but the two illustrations differ.

What do the 17 and 30 circles on Alolan Ninetales SM128 mean?

They mark teaching-deck positions in the 2018 Trainer Kit: 17 is non-holo and 30 is Water Web holo. SM128 remains the collector number. The checklist retains the catalogue’s separate listings rather than claiming an unmarked print is independently verified.

Are Aquapolis Ninetales H19 and 25 different artworks?

They share Kagemaru Himeno’s illustration. H19 is the holo-numbered card; 25 has the non-holo and reverse-holo versions. Japanese Wind from the Sea uses 023/087 and 022/087 for the corresponding prints.
