Bagon collecting questions

Can I use this as a Bagon master set checklist?

Use the free PDF or CSV to track the English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards in this collection, including listed promos, editions and holo variants. Each version has its own checkbox. “Master set” totals depend on which languages and printings you collect; this checklist covers the records currently listed here and does not guarantee every historical printing is included.

  • English: 28 card listings and 47 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
  • Japanese: 22 card listings and 31 checklist entries, including listed editions and finishes.
Does this list include every type of Bagon collectible card?

This list covers English and Japanese Pokémon TCG cards named Bagon, including named forms and owner’s Pokémon where available. It does not include TCG Pocket, Topps, Topsun, Carddass, other languages or cameos in another Pokémon’s artwork. Gallery additions and checklist counts follow the catalogue as it updates.

How much are Bagon Pokémon cards worth?

Match the set, collector number, language, edition and finish before comparing values. Condition affects what a card sells for.

  • English: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.10 to $160.00 USD, across 22 distinct priced cards.
  • Japanese: listed raw-card estimates range from $0.09 to $5.00 USD, across 15 distinct priced cards.

Unpriced cards still appear in the checklist. Check each version’s observation date; older estimates may be out of date.

Are these raw Bagon card values or PSA 10 prices?

These are estimated prices for raw, ungraded cards. PSA 10 and other graded cards have separate values. A raw estimate does not tell you what a PSA 10 copy is worth; compare recent sales of the exact card and grade.

What are the cheapest Bagon cards to collect?
  • English: has the lowest available estimate at $0.10 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
  • Japanese: has the lowest available estimate at $0.09 USD. Open the card to check its price date and versions.
Which Bagon cards can I collect for under US$5 or US$10?
  • English: 21 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 21 have one below US$10.
  • Japanese: 15 distinct cards have a listed version below US$5; 15 have one below US$10.

Each card counts once, using its cheapest priced version. Cards below US$5 also count below US$10. These budgets stay in US dollars when you change the display currency; compare exact versions and check the price dates before buying.

Why are there several promotional Bagon 50/97 cards?

The EX Dragon design was reused for Scrye and InQuest Gamer magazine promotions, Gen Con 2004, and an unstamped Black Star version. The promotional marks identify distinct releases rather than four different illustrations.

    Is Japanese Bagon 193/BW-P a 2012 or 2013 release?

It arrived in the January 2013 issue of V Jump, which went on sale on 21 November 2012. The release belongs in 2012 even though the magazine cover says 2013.
